ImpostosWrapped
A Spotify-Wrapped-style web app that shows a Catalan taxpayer where their money actually goes. Enter your gross salary, civil status, and number of dependents, then swipe through a 15-screen story: your effective tax rate, your position among Catalan taxpayers, how your IRPF is split across departments, the top programmes you fund, and the state’s deficit per capita — ending on a shareable recap card.
Inspired by Tax Wrapped, adapted to the Catalan tax system and public finances.
The whole thing is static — no backend. The tax model is a simplified Spanish / Catalan employee calculation (Social Security, reducció per rendiments del treball, personal and family minimums, state IRPF brackets plus Catalan autonomic brackets). Every number ships as JSON sourced from the BOE, DOGC, Idescat, and the Generalitat budget, seeded via the opendata.cat MCP server.
Built with Vite, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, and Recharts. The
recap card is rendered to PNG with html-to-image and handed to the Web Share
API. The viewport is capped at 390 px, so it’s always a phone — try it below.
